Brief summary of how to use with students: This is the story of a girl named Katniss who lives somewhere & sometime in the future. It's basically post-apocalyptic America and the government forces it's people to send their kids to fight once a year. The land is divided into 12 districts and each district has to send a girl and a boy between the ages of 12-18. When Katniss' sister, Prim, is called to enter The Games, she automatically volunteers to take her place - but she's in for the adventure of her lifetime!
I know this is considered Teen Fiction but I am addicted to this trilogy! I would recommend it for ANYONE ages 12 and up!
